Welcome to Acoustics 2024
The Queensland Division of the Australian Acoustical Society invites all members of the Acoustics Community to attend Acoustics 2024 on the Gold Coast in November.
Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is located in Broadbeach, at the heart of the Gold Coast. Broadbeach is a bustling part of the Gold Coast region, known for its beautiful beaches, relaxing parks and alfresco dining.

Workshops will run during the day with the first Plenary & Welcome function commencing at 4:00pm.

The Exhibition Area allows for the installation of up to 32 exhibition spaces and a coffee cart.
The conference sessions will be held immediately adjacent to the Exhibition Area. The morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the Thursday and Friday will be situated in the Exhibition Area.
Reservations will open for AAS Sustaining members on the April 26, 2024 while reservations for all other organisations will open on May 2, 2024.
The exhibition spaces will be allocated on a first-come/first-served basis with the exception of the premium exhibition spaces reserved for the Diamond, Platinum & Gold Sponsors.

Golf Day
A Golf Day is planned for Wednesday November 6, 2024 at The Meadows, Surfers Paradise.
